    Great Pay, Great Work Life Balance, Loads of Great People, Career Advancement is Possible.

    Cons

    Stuck outside of the Phone market is causing major down sizing. To many Jobs going overseas or to non-Americans.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in american people first, sell in outside markets no visa versa.

    Management pretty much let you do your job once you proved that you were capable.

    Sometimes micro managed to a point where it would slow down work.

    Treat employees as adults and give them credit to those that deserve it.

    Pros

    Lots of technical challenge for the technical individual contributor. Clear direction of the fabs direction & goals. Attempts made to accommodate work-life balance. Compensation & benefits good

    Cons

    Not a lot of opportunity for advancement at the site I work at. Under-performing employees not managed properly requiring others to pick up their slack rather than hold them accountable or replace them.
