    The work environment is great and the location is fantastic.
    There is a lot of flexibility in terms of networking - easy access to a lot of great people.

    Cons

    Not enough innovation happening anymore.

    Advice to Management

    Don't get lazy. Tough times are coming. The competition is stirring and the industry is rooting for the underdogs.

    Pros

    The work life balance is great. They are totally cool about people taking time off, or having to leave work early to pick up kids. Family is first.

    Cons

    Many managers at Intel should not have been allowed to become managers. They don't know how to manage people, don't have enough time for you, forget you exist, overwork you, mismanage the distribution of the workload within the team, and don't help with your career development.

    Pros

    Growing up with Intel during the rein of Bob, Andy and Gordan was the High lite of life.
    These Engineers changed the world and made all of their staff family.

    Cons

    The corporation evolved. CEO's were eventually non engineering / technical leaders.
    This totally changed the direction of the company.

    Advice to Management

    Go back to your roots. Stick to the fundamentals of people are your most valuable asset.
