Reviews about "layoff"
Return to all Reviews- 3.0Apr 19, 2017SalesFormer Employee, more than 5 yearsAlameda, CA
Pros
I liked my co-workers I loved the dog policy and bringing my dog to work I loved having my own enclosed office with shades and locked door.
Cons
No room for growth. Low pay and overworked Too many processes Low moral Too many layoffs and wondering if and when it's going to be you next.

Pros
Urgency - responds quickly to threats Flexible hours and tele commuting - you could equally well work in Santa Clara, Oregon, or Arizona Large number of internal positions give you the ability to try different jobs
Cons
Beware a bad manager - poor reviews stay on your file and could cost you in the next layoff cycle. And a manager who can't get you promotions or visibility will leave you unable to move forward.
