    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Good pay and relatively young working environment. It´s a young company that used that (having young talent) as a strength rather than a weakness.

    Cons

Recent changes and growth have changed the philosophy into another ultra-structured wanna-be corporate giant. Instead of continuing innovating and using the personal vision that got them where it is now, it is settling with what everyone else does...

    Advice to Management

Go back to the philosophy and vision used to get where it is instead of hiring corporate dinosaurs to take the company back to the pack.
