The cutting edge science and making new medical therapies is motivating. The Company really works hard to be a great place to work and is constantly improving. They value diversity and try to make everyone-even remote employees- feel connected to the Company. There are many opportunities to work cross-functionally and have influence within the Company.

The group at Intellia all work with a sense of purpose and collective excitement. The technology is promising and job security seems to be very strong. Compensation and benefits package is very competitive for the industry.

During my time, the culture was super toxic. The early Intellions formed an inner circle, that was hard to penetrate. When reading the reviews here on Glassdoor, please be aware that Intellia’s HR wrote many reviews to counter-balance all the bad reviews.
