I have been working at Intelligrated full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Young and diverse. Nice office and co-workers. People are willing to help when you ask.

    Cons

Corporate rules are drizzling down the pipe, making it slowly feel like a corporate job; where profit comes first and employment happiness is set aside. Work is repetitive and doesn't challenge you. After 6 months you should have mastered your job.

    Advice to Management

Don't send people out of the office for more than 2 weeks without letting them come home for one weekend.

    Advice to Management

your Honeywell now and you have to deal with unhappy employees now.

I have been working at Intelligrated full-time

    Pros

They need field service techs all the time so they hire them pretty quickly. So expect some really high turn-overs also because of the culture or the nature of this work. Although they pay overtime after 45 hours every week, you will have no time for any relaxations with your family or friends on the weekends. You will always be working like a slave. So when you accept this type of job, expect to travel 110% of your time.

    Cons

Not a good place to work at this time because they just got bought out by Honeywell corporation last August 2016. So lots of restructuring which means lots of laying offs left and right. Cutting costs everywhere. Very clickish type of culture. So if you are not being liked by everyone in your dept although you work hard and always reliable, you will always feel like an outsider. You need to kiss their behind to be liked. Lots of back stabbers at the field service type of jobs. So, always need to watch out with your behind. Benefits are not that great because of restructuring. So many cut backs on old benefits.

    Advice to Management

Stop being "clickish" or playing favoritism with your people. Stop talking behind people's back. Be frank at all times. Stop gossiping and making up stories to get people or coworkers in trouble.
