    Positive Outlook

I worked at Intelliquick Delivery full-time

    Pros

I have been working in the logistics industry for the past decade or so and was really impressed by how things were run at Intelliquick. The upper management does a really good job at making everyone feel like they are on the same team. We all have had that job we dreaded going to in our lives and I never felt like that when I got ready for work during my time here. The work environment is very positive and all of my fellow co-workers were friendly people. I really liked the way things were run here.

    Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about them.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Intelliquick Delivery as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

can pay well if you get a route job, instead of On Demand work.

    Cons

lots of pressure from management. Nothing is their fault. It is always the driver's fault. Get too many of these faults and you are gone. High turnover is the rule, not the exception. You will wear out your car, and tires, etc, for nothing. Mgmt doesn't appreciate the drivers who perform daily. recently they handed out $50 gas cards for good performance. I dont know of anyone who got one.

    Advice to Management

appreciate those drivers who perform for you every day. You dont always have to hand out money (though it is nice!) Just a few words of thanks, and encouragement.
