    Pros

None off lately. Joined them with a lot of hope given the name in the market but all came out to be fake.

    Cons

Been here for a while and the top management including the CEO is a joke . They say one thing and do one thing. Very hostile and negative environment.

    Advice to Management

I worked at Intelliswift full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pool table, free beers, lots of parties, flexi hours, remote work options if needed, nice office, good infrastructure, birthday cake cutting by HR.

    Cons

Employees not connected with company vision or aware of if there is a vision or growth path of the company and how they fit into it. Lots of thoughtless hiring and most of the people are let go on completion of 3 months. CEO is not connected with employees at grass roots and gives approval to all hiring requests because he knows he will fire them at will. No teamwork or support to new hires for them to succeed in their new roles.

    Advice to Management

Please don't approve hiring or creation of new roles before knowing the roadmap of the position towards companies growth and if you really need that position in your company.

    Pros

Friendly environment with, however, the feeling of working somewhere outside the US. The inside environment is quite exotic.

    Cons

Lack of organization, professionalism, and structure.

    Advice to Management

    Update your system.

    Pros

Partnered with major clients like Amazon which was great . Account manager seemed competent and easier to work with. Fast work and turn around time in inquiries,

    Cons

The recruiter was terrible - too aggressive. I was driving when received call about potential position and wanted me to email her a confirmation right away. I explained I was driving and not safe to do so but would when I got got my destination in 30 minutes. Then stated she would just go to next candidate . I told her to do just that because expectations were unrealistic. Called me 2 times before interview to remind me, called DURING interview to see how it went. They call an average of 4 times in a span of 10 minutes , leave voicemails and emails without allowing you sufficient time to return calls. Hard to understand accents when calling about onboarding documents and explained need to allow me a day to review it all. But still called me 5 times, 3 emails and even sent me a reminder on Linked IN! This was at 3:50am my time. I almost didn't accept the job because of how they operate.
Then had the nerve to request to add as a friend on Linked In and to write a review.

    Advice to Management

The recruiters are way too aggressive and border on harassment. Have many colleagues who refuse to work with them precisely because of that. Also underbid employees and say you can't offer benefits but then back track. This will result in employees not completing their assignments. Payroll is horrible. Most contractors operate on weekly pay and theirs is weird and pay days don't line of up calendar days. Why?
