    Pros

I no longer have to deal with this company.

    Cons

I have been called and harassed by more than one alleged "recruiter" in a single day. They insist, in broken English, that I am "perfect" for a contract job with Intel. This on the very day that Intel announced they are laying off 12,000 people.

    Advice to Management

Stop pulling out all the stops to get resumes for jobs that do not exist. Stop pretending you are in the United States and be honest about the fact that you are really located in India

    Pros

Nothing. Once you send your resume to them you never hear from them again

    Cons

Seems like a con. The recruiters hound you for your resume and then you never hear from them again. I would have given them 0 stars if I could, but glassdoor requires a rating, so I gave them 1 star.

    Pros

Nothing that i can think of.

    Cons

No increase in pay rate. Never answer calls. Do not give sick leave holiday even, as it is compulsory in CA by law. They are taking huge significant chunk of my pay. Their cut is more then 40% probably they pay me. Next step is to eliminate them from my pay roll.

    Advice to Management

Do not suck candidates money. You will never grow in your business.
