CRM company that could have a great niche in higher ed. Client base at one time was impressive although I think many of the original customers may have gone away.
Prior management was prone to deception and unwilling to accept reality - basically, tell the truth and get fired. New management may be more ethical, but the company has never been profitable is is mired in a gigantic debt of VC.
Advice to Management
Higher ed is a very transient community and reputation means everything. Try to find some of the innovation that existed in the comany's past.
