I have been working at Inteplast full-time

    Pros

    Nice Health Insurance.
Different than previous companies which offer high salary but give a pay check with $$ health insurance deduction.

    Cons

    Old style Management.
Worse thing: Old Mangers are all playing politics & foolish numbers to President levels. Talent Workers Leaving, Talkative Redundancies are Promoted.

    Advice to Management

Playing politics & numbers may show you superior among others.
But talent people and integrity personnel are leaving.
One day, the division head/president levels will see through you. Or maybe the next VP/division head.

I have been working at Inteplast full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    *Flexible with schedule
*Employee match up to 5% with 401k

    Cons

    *Who's the boss?
*Too much HQ control (decisions made before consulting production)
*Pay raise system is unfair and not exactly based on merit
*Little to no help for affected employees during natural disasters

    Advice to Management

Management training and required course completions for all management. A lot of management is based on tenure and friendship alone and the best suited for the position is not considered all of the time.

I have been working at Inteplast full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very stable job with decent work and life balance.

    Cons

The pay is low as a disaster, "benefits" seems good but is based on your low pay check. No one care to give you any training for your position util someone get hurt in the plant. The work environment will give you the feel of short handed because you have to do extra jobs regardless of if you are certified to do those or not.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people with better potential or experience by offering more competitive pay.

    Advice to Management

hire actual people who can manage a department, not just people who refuse to leave for 15 years.

I worked at Inteplast (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    There are no pro's here

    Cons

The majority of the management is moody and not approachable or just plain nasty!!! There is a lot of back-stabbing that goes on which makes things very difficult. The employees hear nothing but negatives from management and management s "open door policy" is a joke. The employees get no respect!!

    Advice to Management

Trust the employees more and realize they are not robots.
