    Pros

Good place to start if you have a master's degree and no experience at all. Just work there 2 years and leave.

    Cons

Hostile workplace, administration does not care for its employees. Not a chance for growth, very political and and a lot of nepotism. Salaries are just not enough for the amount of workload you have to complete. Some employees have work 6 days a week.

    Advice to Management

Be more balanced. Keep your employees happy and their work will
    Be perfect.

No respect for those who need their paychecks.
