    I love the people that work here. And the job is very flexible.

    Cons

    Can be stressful at times. Specially having to drive far places and carrying heavy equipment at all times.

    I worked at Inter-State Studio & Publishing part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Solid and up-to-date tech workflow, making it very easy for the photographers to do their job. Training went over nearly everything needed to succeed in the field.

    Cons

    Equipment at times was very glitchy (i.e. laptop computer and studio lights)

    Pros

    Friendly environment, overtime hours in the fall and winter, great health insurance.

    Cons

    the point system is dated for full-time employees, the lay off periods are months at a time. Mostly Jan-March and then May-Aug.

    Micro managers Destroys your vehicle and not compensated much for it Terrible hours Bad management CEO is out of touch No room for promotion

    There are absolutely no Pro's.

    Cons

    Poor Training, horrific communication with supervisors. Pay is well below industry standards. Just ALL and ALL a terrible place to work!!!
