I worked at InterCall full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good PTO, good coworkers

    Cons

For such a big company, there are very few written processes, which leads to a lot of "winging it". Rather than invest in infrastructure, better to apply some duct tape.

    Advice to Management

Too much spent on sales and marketing. Get good at what you do before you try selling it.

    - Our team had a micromanager that brought team morale down

    Advice to Management

Don't micromanage your sales employees or they will quit!

I have been working at InterCall full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hours are good but that's about it

    Cons

The upper upper management does not care about conferencing anymore and it shows. The tools that we use to help our customers are shoddy and out of date. People who quit or get fired are not being replaced. Managers/HR are focused on looking for infractions so that they can fire people without severance/benefits. Bullying of all kinds from all tiers of workers. Everyone is miserable because we are overworked and under-supported.

    Advice to Management

I have no advice because they will never change. They never listen to their front-line workers.

I have been working at InterCall full-time

    Pros

    Good pay and great coworkers

    Cons

Need to hire more people so that we don't have to do the work of 3 people and still held to the standard of doing the work of one person.

    Cons

Small teams, a bit of slowness, personal rivalries are quite common.

    Advice to Management

Keep focus on the Webcasts, Elearning and virtual events - don't lose the company's speciality
