I worked at InterContinental Hotels Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

American company. Meritocracy rules. Good benefits.

    Cons

Couldn't think of a real 'con', save for, well, if you're looking for a much 'bigger' salary, you have to move on.

  2. "Good training ground"

I have been working at InterContinental Hotels Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Focused on employee engagement and development. Constant training which helps staff develop their skills.

    Cons

Politics is always an issue. Sometimes getting too demanding, staff tends to be over-worked. Salary review needs attention. Have worked for almost 7 years but the salary increment was so low annually.
