    Pros

I have maintained this employment for 7 years.

    Cons

Not enough opportunities for advancement, unequal wages, favoritism, no seniority, and not enough staffing.

    Advice to Management

Employees need to be treated equally, paid by experience/seniority, not expected to do extra work, and have full time advancement positions.

I have been working at InterContinental Hotels Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great coworkers
Lower cost insurance then most jobs but deductible is much higher at $4000
Have a program that allows you to leave early if the business is slow.

    Cons

The company tries to deflect from the fact that they are pay only $11 an hour by a lot of giveaways from the hotels trinkets such as pens cops notepads and drawings for prizes.

Prepare to be chained to your desk. If you can call it a desk. Barely any space to put a notepad and pen. Cubicle area does not go high enough to cover agents heads you can hear every other agents conversation.
so it's very hard to hear your customers

If you go over your break or lunch time helping a customer you get penalized for it by the loss of your break and being "out of compliance " of which is held against you for your very minor 3% raise which you have to write a five page essay of why you deserve that whopping $.33 per year.

You never make enough money to make the company happy. It's always more more more. Since it's not good enough that you sell a room you should be selling a suite. You shouldn't just sell one night you should try to sell three.

Somehow you never meet all of their requirements in order to get the higher level bonus.

If you work overtime and it's not approved even though you were helping a customer they automatically just take it from your pay and you don't get paid for it.

    Advice to Management

Stop making it so hard on your teams help them instead of only criticizing them.
