    Pros

Very clean environment always concerned about the needs and desires of the customers. I really liked the open communications with staff. I liked being a part of a industry leader in this field. Very flexable with employees taking initiative to give the company a better job a work experience. Dress code and professionalism was always a must. This i like very much because i am a business minded professional.

    Cons

The company did not always respond to request that were made by employees or customers in a timely fashion. To many polygraps taken in a years time of total staff. Lost a lot of good employees because of this. Some right others not so right

    Advice to Management

Make it a priority to respond to complaints or request made by emoloyess and cutomers in a timely fashion. Do not allow polygraps alone to govern your emoloyees especially those with longevity

I worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, beautiful workplace, Holiday Inn Corporate is outstanding to work for, some of the management companies are not.

    Cons

Terrible life to work balance, VP's always expect upper management to cover down positions instead of hiring good people for the job.

    Advice to Management

Do plenty of research on the management company that you hire because they will make or break your hotel. Packard Management Group was awful to work for. Very back biting, all who you know.... or who you slept with, and they were not willing to invest in the low level employees to insure quality interactions with guests.
