    Pros

Fantastic team ethic, great commission scheme, great incentives (Rio, Vegas, Munich to name a few)

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at InterQuest Financial Markets full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good work environment, good work life balance, staff mostly treated quite well.

    Cons

Lack of focus and drive from senior management, commission scheme is badly thought out and hard to earn well. lost a number of key clients.

    Advice to Management

Need to appoint some hard nosed, driven team managers with experience running accounts at major banks. Need to incentivise staff by improving commission scheme
