    I have been working at Interactive Brokers full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    - job security - no over time working - insurance is good, company paid all premium

    Cons

    - no career development, majority staff worked 10 plus year with the same title / pay. - no lunch break - over working load. Client base increased 4-5 times and no head count gained.

    Great company to work for. Strong developement and focus on reward.

    Cons

    Internal firm communication is poor, and although not much red tape, the approval process for change is slow due to bottlenecks in senior management
