    Pros

Highly strategic branding agency with outstanding creative execution - a nice balance in this industry where you typically get one or another. Great training. Great culture!

    Cons

Sometimes there are last minute shifts in preparation for big presentations. Some employees are taken care of more than others.

    Advice to Management

Continue training. Higher salaries for junior employees.

    fantastic brief
great content builders (i especially liked them)

    Cons

direction and project management were amiss and absent during the entire project.

    Advice to Management

you are such a great company! perhaps, it's time to revisit your history and the values represent.

I worked at InterbrandHealth full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Interesting and high profile work with big name, world-class clients across the healthcare spectrum. Caring senior management that is mostly a pleasure to work with/for. Friendly and non-competitive environment and flexible schedule. Good place to learn for people early in their careers.

    Cons

Lack of opportunity once you hit mid-level has led
to brain drain. Regression to the mean in strategy and creative has made the work feel 'safe'. The same people with the same strengths and same faults have been in place for 10 years, leaving a sense that nothing can change. There is a 'dumb it down' mentality from some at the top that makes it hard to do innovative or smart work unless you're able to avoid working with them.

    Advice to Management

A few positive changes, even if small, might energize people.

I worked at InterbrandHealth (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -- Friendly employees
    -- Good location
    -- Decent pay
-- ECD has a creative, quick mind and understands how to speak the language of this business.

    Cons

-- ECD of company bottlenecks workflow yet is complicated to connect with, and he frequently changes things on a whim.
-- Poor review and workflow process for projects.
-- Ironic that this company helps other companies improve their respective cultures, yet the office and morale is blah.
-- Other Interbrand employees in rest of building have a low opinion of the Health division

    Advice to Management

-- ECD needs to delegate most of his work to several ACDs he trusts to take full responsibility for the work.

-- Project management team needs a robust process to monitor who's working on what and when.

-- Need briefs with clear deliverables and timing.

-- Should hire at least one editor because there are many grammar and style mistakes/inconsistencies in documents

-- Must start electronic commenting on all Word, PDF, and art assets. It's 2015, it would solve so many problems. Huge amounts of time are lost waiting for ECD to weigh in, and he often gives feedback verbally, quickly, and very idiosyncratically.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great teams that have lots of fun together, personable caring senior management that don't insult your intelligence

    Cons

You need to be tough and very flexible, able to manage upwards more than down, IP still remains chiefly at senior levels of the business- or so they think- actually junior teams are very strong too, just less confident in their convictions

    Advice to Management

Focus on preparing the teams for your departure. No one wants you to leave but we need to be able to keep growing/delivering when you're busy/out/gone.....
