    Pros

40 hours a week. Management is fair and honest. Because there is always training and cross training, employee development is ongoing. If your willing to learn, they will teach you

    Cons

Lousy work schedule. Every day is different hours,. Every week is different days. Hard to have a family life with this kind of scheduling. Never know which direction the company is going. They don't keep up with the changing times and InterCo is the only commercial printer I know that does not believe in a dedicated sales staff. Poor benifits package. Poor retirement package. No raises

    Advice to Management

Take a look and see how the successful commercial printers operate and learn form them

Former Employee - Prepress Lead in Portland, OR

    Pros

There was a good working atmosphere there. Prepress room had windows when I was there, but that may have changed.

    Cons

Printing is a dying industry, so they have been losing accounts, like all printers. As printers go, this is a good company, with good, competent management.

    Advice to Management

The leadership is doing a good job in keeping work on schedule, and taking care of employees. Keep up the good work.
