    Pros

    Assemblers and support personnel work Monday - Thursday 10 hour days. Admin and salary personnel work 9/80's. The flexible work schedule gives employees more time with their family. Many advancement opportunities.

    Cannot think of any cons.

    I have been working at Interconnect Wiring Harnesses full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Excellent benefits. Great Hours: Every Friday off for assemblers and inspectors. Every other Friday off for everyone else. Love the new Employee Engagement, community support, and family atmosphere. Great place to work!!

    Cons

    Need more parking spots for all cars or a ride share program.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good job of working so hard to bring in more and more work for all of us every year!

    Varied work keeps things interesting,
    Decent Benefits package and vacations

    Social cliques make it hard and if you are good at your position you are kept in that position.
    Not consistent work

    Varying duties kept things from getting boring.

    Workload fluctuated depending on contracts accepted, company had across the board layoffs at times, felt unstable at times.

    Pros

    Building Harness for airplanes was very rewarding for me. Lots off different projects to learn.

    Cons

    The pay is too low and the company don't give good raises after waiting 3 or 4 year's. If Your not family or friends You won't be recognized for your good or hard work.
