    Pros

    - Competitive pay with great bonus.

    Cons

Not sure on where to start from :-(. This company or may be department(Salesforce.com CRM) has many issues which are difficult to explain.

    - Incompetent Management
    - No work-life balance.
    - Micromanagement.
    - No flexibility or work from home policy. But on the weekend's you might be asked to "work from home" without any prior notice because of poor planning and execution.
    - No credibility for hard work - If you are good @ work you might be asked to work almost every weekend.
    - No roadmap and Strategy.
    - No vision for platform scalability.
    - Very fewer changes to enhance your skills and make credibility with business because the manager will provide a demo of your hard work and eat the credit.

    Advice to Management

    - Adopt new tools and technology.
    - Be open to new idea's and give people change to fail.
    - No option for 360' feedback. Please enable all employee to provide feedback about management.
    - Stop the micro management and learn some people management skill. You need to treat people with respect else they won't respect the company and lose motivation to work.
    - I think you need to change the few KPI's for lower level management. Managers should be measured based on the value being added to the teams and the business.
    - The leader should have a vision and ask the manger's to come up with a roadmap for the product which will generate better ROI.

    Pros

Always busy and always working. Flat organization. Visibility. Good to learn a lot. Smart people do exist but few.

    Cons

No work life balance and over time every day. Little appreciation of ppl's hard work. Salary is below the market.

    Advice to Management

Care more about ppl's development rather than output, please.

I have been working at Intercontinental Exchange full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary . bonus . stock options . still growing as a company . location to some extent . good facilities

    Cons

Management is very bad . HR policies favor very ruthless management tactics .

    Advice to Management

There is no value or ethos to the organization except for exploitation of employees. This organization needs a philosophy apart from just making money and buying employees like lifeless resources

    Pros

    Good benefits and decent salary

    Cons

Company keeps gobbling up the little guy and from there you lose your ability to be creative. It's the ICE way or the highway. Need to allow remote work to hedge long days and improve life / work balance. Very strict company.

    Advice to Management

    Loosen up

I have been working at Intercontinental Exchange full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The benefits are great the salary is pretty good and comparable to other companies. The bonuses are great and the profit sharing is good.

    Cons

There is no work from home policy, even though they spend millions on mobile technology. Some managers have egos and just plainly do not know how to manage. The environment is all work no play.

    Pros

Great money and bonus( after all the games are played)- decent benefits package- really important work. Nice happy hours now and then.

    Cons

Long hours, high pressure, night and weekend work required and planned into project schedules months in advance. No work life balance. Myopic management who only consider how to cut costs. Much blame to go around when things go wrong.

I worked at Intercontinental Exchange full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great total compensation package if you stay on for over three years. Stock grant is particularly attractive as stock value keeps increasing.

    Cons

Mind numbing boring repetitive work. No chance to move to a different job or advance in career. They hold you hostage with the three year vesting schedule of stock grants.

    Advice to Management

Allow employees to find assignments that compliment their interests. Break up the "management club" that keep careers from advancing.
