    Pros

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. overall, depending on the business function, treats its employees extremely well in the areas of salary and bonuses, 401k matching and benefits.

    Cons

The company does not have a work from home policy. Depending on the group or manager, you may have to take vacation or sick hours to handle ordinary life events.

    Advice to Management

Since the company is run very lean, which I believe is a good thing, promotions are very slow. Employees become engraved in their job function and are not encourage to move out of the their roles. My advice would be to establish more cross training outside of each employees respective groups.
