I worked at Intercontinental Exchange full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay and Benefits. People are good to work with

    Cons

Management detached from the day to day, and only care about acquiring companies and appeasing shareholders. Culture is ok, but they let people go every quarter to prop up the balance sheet. Could be a good company to work for if they weren't so short sighted.

    Advice to Management

This is for Senior Management. You're not royalty, so get off your high horse and show you actually care about the people who you work with as much as your care about your shareholders.
