    A place to build great relationships with colleagues and teamwork mentality despite everyday pressures of the hotel business. Most people are happy to help and guide others when needed.

    Cons

    As a premier luxury hotel, there are always last-minute/everyday challenges typical of operating such a hotel of this caliber.

    IHG Buckhead doesn’t care about team members. High in turnover due to executive management members are the problems and they are running away the good employees.

    Advice to Management

    Evaluate why turnover is so high.

    Location right in the mall area of DC.

    Mgmt has let the quality of the hotel decline it is riding on the past glory and not the present
