    Negative Outlook

I worked at Intercos America full-time

    Pros

Flexible hours (semi), polite boss, friendly people for the most part

    Cons

Badly organized. Company is months late on customer orders and just continues to make up lies. Everybody blames everybody else when an issue comes up and you become a human ping pong ball going department to department.

    Advice to Management

Be honest with your clients, don't take orders you know you can not fill. Value your employees both Italian and American as working extra hours is for your gain, not theirs.

    Pros

    Friendly people to work with

    Cons

Badly organised. Everything is always rushed. Customer service dept people come and go. Everybody blames evrybody else. Good people are fired. People who are not good stay. Only work here if you have no job and need money for bills.

    Advice to Management

Italian managment tries to run company like Italy. They think they know it all. This is America. When they learn this, maybe they will be better.

I worked at Intercos America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None. I am not seeing any. join this company, if this is the only choice for you.

    Cons

Run by unprofessional people. They do not have any work culture nor any behavior culture. Work with them is, keep your self-respect aside and work as bonded labor. If you complain or raise voice, they show you door. And during the time I worked, I show many such cases. If you have any other choice, do not join this company.

    Advice to Management

Learn some working behavior. You are also working in company like other employee.

I worked at Intercos America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice staff. Great HR dept. Good benefits.

    Cons

Job increases are hard unless you are in management. Not much appreciation by Ceo to even higher staff members. Very rare to see promotions as well.

    Advice to Management

CEO AND MANAGEMENT NEED TO VALUE STAFF AND TRY TO MAKE A BETTER OFFICE ENVIRONMENT. A PLACE OF HAPPINESS AND RESPECT.

I have been working at Intercos America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-The day shift is from 7am to 3pm which personally I find to be amazing. Once I get out of work I can complete my daily errands and more.
-If your bilingual or not you will walk out knowing some Spanish.

    Cons

I work through Adecco Hiring agency so I get none of the benefits from working directly. Adecco's benefits are minimal to none compared to working at a regular job directly. I get 3 unpaid time-off days a year and a maximum of 2 weeks vacation time also unpaid. No real leadership within management. Bad work enviroment not because its in a factory but the co-workers hold the trophies for the most irresponsible immature group of people I have ever met. I am not sure about upper-management but working with the production department is a nightmare. I personally had to use my fortitude and all my leadership skills to develop a system that makes the job adaptable.

    Advice to Management

Hire Human beings and not animals.
