I worked at Interface Rehab full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There was good support during the occasions that I had an issue with the management at the assignment.

    Cons

There were really none, only that they didn’t contract with schools, where I prefer to work.

I worked at Interface Rehab full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Easy interview process Friendly staff depending on where you work

    Cons

Lack of supervision/support for new grads Lack of tools required to do job (evals, therapy materials etc) Regional mentors who claim to want to help but really just strong you along without getting you the support or help required Often require one to travel to multiple facilities that are often hours apart from each other in order to meet full time hours. High productivity requirements that are difficult to meet... due to lack of available computers for documentation. Almost all rehab employees have to document off the clock in order to meet their productivity and out of fear of loosing their hours or being replaced. Bait and switch new grads/ straight up lie to them in interview process about amount of supervision, how often they will be required to travel to other facilities and more...

I have been working at Interface Rehab full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I genuinely liked my Rehab team who ALL felt the same way about the company. The put little energy or resources into developing the rehab department.

    Cons

This company only cares about one thing....THE almighty dollar. They like to hire new graduates, provide no training & expect them to perform at 100 or more productivity. This company is morally & ethically CORRUPT! They could care less about your skills as a clinican as long as you bill & are productive. I have first hand seen them not stand behind their therapists, give a therapists job away whike she was on... maturnity leave, offer things like relocation pay & never give it, promise therapists 40 hour work weeks & then have the therapist drive all over to get those 40 hours. This company should be shut down. Their reputation in the rehab community is MUD.
