    Pros

    Fantastic values on sustainability and environmental issues. Best products in the market.

    Cons

    Some areas need to be improved regarding internal processes and CRM software. On board training was almost nonexistent. Certain executives were very unethical.

    Advice to Management

    Remember and implement all of Ray's visions for this company.

    A very strong message allows us to hit the market with, in the words of Simon Sinek, a compelling Why.

    Cons

    Company is currently transitioning from a small company mindset to a global corporation with the expected growing pains associated with that.

    Don't forget where we came from.

    Not many benefits for employees, very dislocated offices

    Pros

    Solid, quality products that are well respected in the industry.
    Reputation as a world wide leader in sustainability practices.
    Great internal support staffs.

    Cons

    Too much marketing smoke and mirrors especially relating to sustainability initiatives.
    The Company appears to have become overly reliant on hiring interior designers to fill sales rolls.
