      Pros

      Working in Manhattan and a great team of young professionals that were tight! That's about it nothing more! BS Company!

      The owner of this company shut it down with out paying us! He has tons of people furious at him because of this!

      -Employees are very nice people, friendly, and easy to talk to

      Cons

      -Low pay with no benefits -High employee turnover rate -Talked to many unsatisfied clients daily -Very unprofessional Management (on cell phones, not acknowledging new employees and leaving them standing for periods of time, cursing/talking about clients after hanging up with them) -Very poor Calling Program that would call some clients 8-20 times daily, even when their information was supposed to be taken off or their call was scheduled for a specific date/time -Having to lie over the phone to book clients (disputing bad reviews, saying "our development director saw your information and was very interested in meeting with you" when they haven't seen anything about the client) -Job interview lies about the "easily attainable Bonus Structure" (I've spoken to employees who've worked there for a year and haven't hit bonus) -Bad reviews online -Bad rating on the BBB
