    Cons

My down side working at interfaith are when any of my patient expired and when I see I can't do anything to help them sometimes taking care of a patient for so long and there is nothing more you can do for them it's a bit nerve reacking and helpless because I treat my patient like my family's

    Advice to Management

I would say interact more with there staff to see if there is anything or any concerns that can be of help to the patients or the facility to better improve there Costomer service and any growth .
