I have been working at Intermarine (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good commitment to family values, strong obligations to the customer, good focus on training their sales and marketing groups.

    Cons

There is not very strong communication across departments and can be very disconnected from people even in the same building, much less across continents. It seems one is unable to be promoted from within no matter how hard you work unless you are part of the boy's club.

    Advice to Management

    Women are more than secretaries.

    Pros

    Great Coworkers
You feel like your part of large family
    Great Working environment
    Promotes Safety
Always have activities for employee appreciation

    Cons

Health Insurance could be better not the worse I've had
Could provide incentives for employees quarterly
Should provide in writing an outline of how bonuses are distributed

    Advice to Management

When they are too many complaints on managers. Its time to look internal and not allow them to keep letting the company lose money with high turnovers. Most people want a job they can keep for a long time as the company has invested in them and they want to return the loyalty. Good people will continue to leave because certain behaviors shouldn't be tolerated. Listen to the complaints employees have voiced.
