I have been working at Intermex Wire Transfer LLC. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Friendly environment
One of the best things about working here is the people in the building

    Cons

They will tack on additional task to your job description and the pay is incredibly under market.
You can be hired under one department only to find that you are doing the duties of several other departments. Basically you become a one man office and actually getting a raise is neigh impossible. Even if an increase is approved by your supervisor HR will stop the raise and begin a harsh negotiation. The work load is heavy and the pay is minor.

    Advice to Management

Learn to compensate employees. For the most part even the bonus every 3 months which is taxed on after completing some other asinine objective which you have to make time to do aside from all the other things they ask you to do doesn't justify the amount of pay you get at any given time

    Pros
