    Intermountain is a large system in Utah and Idaho so you have a lot of opportunities for growth in those areas.
    Great culture
    Excellent hospital system
    Not for profit
    Opportunities for advancement
    Great benefits

    Cons

    Pay is not competitive, although they are getting better
    Large system so any type of change takes a long time to implement

    senior management, Nurses as IT Managers/ IT Directors is not good for the company.
