    Approves of CEO

I have been working at International Conservation Caucus Foundation for less than a year

    Pros

    - Opportunities to meet and learn from all different sectors of society such as other non-profits, the governmental sector and private industry - Very worker friendly environment in the office - Friendly co-workers, engaging CEO, passionate people - Great opportunity to learn about all different aspects of an NGO - work is obviously focused in each department, but it is easy to get involved in other areas if interested.

    Cons

    - Location in Georgetown makes the commute a little difficult but worth it.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing!

    Negative Outlook

I worked at International Conservation Caucus Foundation

    Pros

ICCF has a fascinating role in the marketplace and you get to learn a lot about the underbelly of the cross section between non-profits, politics and business

    Cons

It is horribly mis-run. The acting president is a crook, doing comprable work and making 3 times that of his colleagues.

    Advice to Management

get an HR department, create checks and balances and tighten things up radically. Don't expect people to be motivated if you pay them like crap and berate them like you're a hedge fund manager
