    Pros

I have never seen a company more passionate about what they do. The people are amazing. The products are life changing. Incredible place.

    Cons

None at the moment. I truly believe that the company is transforming and key will be to ensure the core is not impacted, core being the beyond incredible people that work here

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen to employees. I have been in many competitors and this is by far the best.

I worked at International Flavors & Fragrances as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

I can only speak as an intern, but my short time at IFF was a blast. I did a lot of meaningful IT work and I feel what I did made a difference within the company despite being an intern. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and, when I left, I had a great group of friends to take with me. I learned a ton with my summer at IFF and I recommend IFF for an internship or any other kind of work.

    Cons

The upper management was a little quirky, but the team managers are super nice and helpful.

    Advice to Management

As I previously stated, the high level managers were a tad strange and lacked direction. I believe the company is in the process of replacing the people in these positions, though.

    Pros

The company has a nice internal culture. All employees are very kind and care about what are you doing and how are you doing. It's a place that motivates you to deliver the best results.

    Cons

For me the only downside was the distance I had to travel everyday.
