I have been working at International Paper full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The pay is good and benefits is mediocre

    Cons

A lot of favoritism and HR fire the ppl they want and keep the ppl they like. Cant grow with the company if they see you good at something that keep you there and wont promote you. Only the fav gets promoted. Work 6 days a week for the last few months and sometimes no day off.

I worked at International Paper full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Pay is good if you can have opportunities to learn multiple things. But good luck with that!

    Cons

Supervision sleeps with co workers, favoritism, harassment from leaders, and they don't care about family's . No career opportunities unless your buddys with the right people.

I have been working at International Paper full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Pay Co-workers are awesome Supervisors are top notch

    Cons

Management above the supervisors are terrible Promotion process is a joke. They use the employee handbook “policies” when it fits their narrative for the month. If you become complacent in a 12 hour shift and make a mistake you will be written up.

I worked at International Paper full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Very easy job. If you like to keep busy and make some good money and overtime. This is your place. Learned a lot from this place. Good people. Hardworking.

    Cons

Overtime is mandatory. So if you bail out on a day that requires you to come in early or on a Saturday, it will effect your attendance. Meaning you will be let go just for that. No matter what excuse. Hours are long and this job will wear you out pretty good. You will be busy and your free time will be limited. So if you have kids. Plan carefully. 12 hour shifts are very common with this place.

I worked at International Paper full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great pay and great benefits

    Cons

You work all the time. Good luck getting on first shift if you want it. Literally up to 7 days a week and 12 hours a day is very possible. You never have time off at home with your family except for holidays.
