    Pros

    Hours, pay and company cares about your safety. There are lots of advancement opportunities because people quit frequently, benefits are good too.

    Cons

    Not much time at home and you’re always on call. People quit a lot so you are usually on 12 hour shifts 6 days a week.

    Communication is key

    On call can be difficult. Very unpredictable schedule due to machine reliability. Long hours.

    great money with annual cost os living raises (2% yearly) and move up fast in the rankings with a nice raise at each promotion

    Cons

    swing shift, alot of hours and schedule changes with as little as 24 hours notice. 8-16 hour shifts, manual labor

    Pay, Only Pay is a pro they say i have to write 20 words minimum .. well the pay is only decent part of this job

    Cons

    Everything about the job i don't like .. the people, the management, the training !!!!! completely out of order. But if you dont mind it ( which i don't i been working there for a year or so ) its decent money. Thats the only reason why im still here.

    Advice to Management

    ease up on the supervisors so they can ease up on the workers.
