    Lots of pros like opportunities for professional growth, great pay, nice hardworking people, many diff locations, etc

    Cons

    The company is a paper making business so it can be stressful at times. Long hours plus weekend duty for most. Not always a bad thing though with great coworkers.

    Pay is good but thats it

    Cons

    •Starting off as a temp the operators treat you like garbage very disrespectful to temps • they dont train you properly or at all and dont care if you’re new and expect you to know everything in a day or two •100 degree warehouse •long hours almost no days off they dont care you can work 26 days straight 12 hours •when you’re a temp if they treat you bad and curse at you and you talk back they’ll get rid of you
