    Pros

    Fun environment. Great local leadership in Colorado. Empowerment to make decisions. Great atmosphere to work with growing companies. No "micro-management". Rewards for meeting targets.

    Cons

    Lower than market salary. Constant corporate changes that do not benefit clients. Inconsistent labor models and reporting changes.

    Pros

    My line manager trusts in the work I do, so I'm free to pursue things as I see fit as long as I meet my goals.

    Cons

    With the exception of my direct manager, I hear very, very little from anyone higher up. Feels a little aimless and lacks solid communication for future plans.

    The clients make it for the team.

    Cons

    All they care about are the sales and add on. More so then the IWG PLC does for the team. No real good leadership. Everyone is mixed.

    Pay- running 10 plus locations on a salary of $50K Poor processes Upper management seems non-existent You have no control to really help customers which leaves them giving poor NPS scores

    As long as you're meeting your quota thr sales job isnt so bad.

    Meer quota or get let go. Highly stressful.
