I worked at Internships.com as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

approachable and friendly employees, good opportunities to reach out to management, felt like a good mix of work and responsibility for an internship

    Cons

startup environment means you do have to seek out your own challenges and responsibilities if you're looking to go above and beyond in your role

    Advice to Management

Has now been sold to Chegg, but hope that the team at CareerArc continues to remain an open platform for employees to build upwards and have lots of input

    Pros

Super fast hiring process; flexible hours; friendly staff; financial incentives.

    Cons

Unreasonable performance demands during training and learning-curb time. Disappointing initial salary.

    Advice to Management

Allow employees at least three months to develop properly on the position, as opposed to putting too much pressure early on during the training period.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Internships.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

In Engineering, there is a lot of room to explore new technologies that might serve business interests. The company has light-weight processes in terms of development.

    Cons

The company has a start-up attitude with respect to its vacation and benefits policies.

    Advice to Management

Management has adopted a "fail forward fast" strategy to identify and exploit new markets in the human resource space. At some point, a more mature, less risky approach will be needed to maintain existing products as the user base of each expands.
