Pros
Neil Jacobson is a great leader and amazing to work for. He has great insight, growth and mentorship. He also is an unbelievable salesman if you get to see him in action.
Cons
The challenges of the major label record company bureaucracy made developing great artists almost impossible. The number of artists that just end up not working can be challenging on the day in and day out.
