    Pros

    easygoing management
    flexible with employees
    environment is friendly
great opportunity to learn and get office experience under your belt

    Cons

Not many cons at all, at least from my position. Came in did the work they asked me to do, I am kinda disappointed there was no increased responsibility for my role but other than that it was a good first internship.

    Advice to Management

Only advice is maybe give interns an expanded role

    Pros

Flexible work environment, Highly motivated management, excellent atmosphere and staff that has been with the company a very long time and cares about the work they do,

    Cons

In a period of transition and is faced with a dip in performance that impacts morale and results in some bleeding of great talent

    Advice to Management

The management is on the right track, is clear about its short, mid and long term goals and is positioned to ensure the company succeeds,

I have been working at Intersections full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The people at Intersections are fantastic. Smart and dedicated staff makes working Intersections a positive experience. The environment is fast paced, and you have the opportunity to learn from a lot of different angles. After a few slow/difficult years with lots of changes, the company finally seems to be picking up steam again and the culture seems to be changing for the better. We've had more communication and clarity from management, and the culture seems to be improving. Management seems to be making an effort to make things better.

    Cons

Too many subsidiaries doing too many different things. Should focus on the Identity Management business only.

    Advice to Management

Continue to invest in, and communicate with your employees. Things are improving!

I have been working at Intersections full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Even though the company is going through a bit of an identity crisis, they still take good care of their employees. They are trying to develop more of a startup culture, and the occasional catered lunches are nice. Management in the finance department is awesome.

    Cons

The ceiling is probably lower than some companies, and the outlook of the company is questionable. Pay is probably average, and no bonuses.

    Advice to Management

Find a good plan and stick with it. Don't worry about any whispers - they'll go away if the company succeeds.

I have been working at Intersections full-time

    Pros

Flexible work schedule for departments where it is possible, opportunities to learn by doing, growth potential in most departments for those who work hard to advance.

    Cons

Red tape slows processes but is necessary in some circumstances due to client agreements. There is some uncertainty about the future of the company, especially with recent changes in the banking industry.

    Advice to Management

If monetary rewards are not possible, find other ways to reward and recognize employees, even for small accomplishments. Look for ways to make administrative processes more efficient. Bring back the 401k match as soon as feasible. Above all else, communicate to staff when possible to reduce uncertainty and quiet rumors.

    Cons

I think the employees are still uncertain about the future of the company

    Advice to Management

Continue to provide communication to your employees.

    Pros

Every single one of my co-workers were absolutely wonderful. I looked forward to going to work every day!

    Cons

Unfortunately, in order to get promoted, in some instances, you had to wait until someone left out of that position.

    Advice to Management

Have more team building events with your departments. Don't be afraid to ask for feedback, this has helped a few departments progress in a positive direction.
