    Pros

Flexible work environment, Highly motivated management, excellent atmosphere and staff that has been with the company a very long time and cares about the work they do,

    Cons

In a period of transition and is faced with a dip in performance that impacts morale and results in some bleeding of great talent

    Advice to Management

The management is on the right track, is clear about its short, mid and long term goals and is positioned to ensure the company succeeds,

    Pros

Close to home, so no traffic issues.

    Got to telecommute at times.

Less communication barriers when trying to acquire knowledge required for your day to day work.

Regular free food and useless parties.

    Cons

Incompetent Managers let senior team members bully the junior ones.

Favoritism and lack of respect for hard workers.

Too many sources to be sought help from to accomplish even little.

Senior Management never bothered to talk to employees and there were no skip level meetings, even if they were held, just as a formality only.

Uneven distribution of workload and information hoarding issues.

Nobody cared about process improvement no matter how much a few tried hard.

Complete lack of respect and trust among team members, which the management never bothered to address.

    The list just goes on...

    Advice to Management

It is silly to say, but please care about your employees!

    Pros

Met good people, who were knowledgable in their field.

    Cons

Management were poor at communicating, never wanting to improve processes that were out dated and time consuming. Even utilizing paper copies when a non-print option was available.

    Pros

Frankly, there is no upside in working for this company

    Cons

Treatment of employees. I was given a bonus for "doing a great job" then fired 4 months later with my 2nd level manager, at the time, stating it wasn't working out. Frankly, I didn't care for him much and I heard, through others, that the feeling was mutual. I have heard from co-workers that the same tactics were used to let them go. Unless your are absolutely desperate, I would think long and hard.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating your people like garbage!

I work so hard there and they just dont care

    Cons

Its not worth trying to work for the company they treat people bad
    Everybody gossip about people
    Everybody fake

    Advice to Management

They need to train people better
They need to get rid of management that treat people bad
Stop make people stay late and not compensate sometime dont even like feed the staff when they stay late

    Cons

Management was horrible, out of touch with the workers. The culture and morale was equally poor. Going to work every day was a chore, horrible. I couldn't wait to leave.

    Advice to Management

    Close up shop.

I have been working at Intersections full-time

    Pros

Flexible schedule - dependent on your manager. Some are more lenient than others.

    Cons

Little to no training provided, extreme "red tape" makes is difficult to perform simple job duties, compensation and benefits package is below industry standard.

    Advice to Management

This company is constantly losing their hardworking and long-tenured employees due to their below standard compensation and benefits. They'd much rather hire new employees for far more than what their existing employees ask for when seeking career advancement. It's a shame. Appreciate your employees for the time and work they put into your company.

I worked at Intersections full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice people, good working environment, decent work life balance.

    Cons

The CEO created a culture of "haves" and "have-nots" - making sure he lined his pockets while telling everyone else to stand pat on raises. This company was killed by Dodd-Frank, and made some bad decisions after losing key bank channel partners. Work at intersections if you want to have a 9-5 job with low comparative pay, low wages, no bonus and no real career path.

    Advice to Management

CEO and his direct reports are mostly focused on issuing RSU's to themselves. Mike missed the mark on Voyce - he hired the wrong people to run it. They are trying to launch a hard goods product through channels they have no experience in. The CEO should have invested in Identity Guard, instead he poured money into a doggie collar that won't hunt.
