    Pros

Flexible with time and ability to work from home.

    Cons

If you want to be micro managed and always. Managers looking over your shoulder yet are not willing to help you when you ask for help. Managers are aweful they really do not care they are just trying to save themselves

I have been working at Intersections full-time

    Pros

We have some of the best employees anywhere - people who are dedicated to their work, their teams, and making our products the best available. There have been many changes over the past several years, which has caused upheaval, but we are seeing the positive changes throughout the company. Our benefits are comparable (mostly) to other local companies and having Identity Guard as an employee benefit is definitely reassuring in a world of constant data breaches.

    Cons

I'd love to see better internal communications and a great 401(k) match in 2018.

    Advice to Management

Keep striving to offer a dynamic, engaging and valued workplace for our teams. Happy employees who respect our amazing customers lead to great products that can literally change lives.

    Pros

Helpful supervisors, flexible scheduling . Small company. Affordable health insurance.

    Cons

Went to cost of living only raise, so won't know until that's released. Took away raises based on merit completely. Doesn't matter - they actually give 12 cent annual raises! Everyone there has 2 jobs.

    Advice to Management

Pay a living wage. Stand up for the Albiquerge site! Customers consistently give Identity Guard A+ ratings! And clean up that filthy stinky place and not just when clients visit! We like clean stuff too.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Intersections full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Used to be smart dedicated employees. People who cared about the right way to do things.

    Cons

New CEO is awful with zero attention span and less skill. He is surrounded by even less skilled people desperate to keep their jobs and not willing to help their employees. People who have stood up have been let go after decades of dedicated service building the company.

    Advice to Management

BAC wont be around forever. Start looking for the one way ticket back to South Africa.
