    Negative Outlook

I worked at Interstate Bakeries full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Hostess Brands was a good company, with committed employees. The company was making positive changes to advance positive future growth.

    Cons

The company shut down; due to unresolved issues from strike, that the Bakers Union issued. The company rights was sold, in 2013. No field managers.

    Pros

salary and health benefits, most holidays off. the pay is very good but you do have to work hard for the money. It has a union .

    Cons

no sick days. long hours. hot in the summer. most trucks have no A/C. IBC has been in bankruptcy for the last 3 yrs and still has not pulled out of it.

    Advice to Management

to hold people accountable for poor job performance. to make sure all accounts are being serviced properly.
