    Independent job, where you got product in the morning and went out on the market in your designated area to service the stores.

    Cons

    Early Hours that usually start around two in the morning. benefits were very good as it is a union shop.

    Advice to Management

    Manager were very lazy who seemed to get promotions based on who could be the laziest. the higher in the company you went seemed the more incompetent you became.

    the work was steady.the harder i worked the more money i could make.all the co-workers were nice to work with.

    Cons

    most of the time we would not get the product on the days we ordered it.and the company did waste money,and bad upper management was the downfall of the company!
