Pros
Decent pay. Good place to get experience. Everyone works hard to get the work load done for the day. Managers listen to you when you have ideas. Seeing the company slowly invest back into the company is reassuring.
Cons
Sometimes things get a little hectic could use more hands to help with the work load.

Pros
Great product assortment and support from management
Cons
There is not enough growth opportunity.

Pros
Great base pay with the opportunity to make commission. I disagree with the previous review. As long as you show initiative, they will train you If you do not have a chemical back ground. The regional VP is always more than happy to assist you with any questions and is an easy person to get along with as long as you do your job. They offer training every few months in the Channahon office to make sure you feel confident in what you are selling. They also have virtual trainings you can do online. You just have to have the initiative to do the trainings. You create your own schedule. It is a "work from home job" but really, you are out doing sales calls 95% of the time so do not expect it to be a job where you are in your home office a lot. The plus side is office employees do a ton to assist sales with office type work since you are in the car a lot. The job is what you make of it. The harder you try, the more you are rewarded. Given a company car, phone, computer, etc. You get to work in a different town every day with new people so you do not get bored
Cons
Commission can be hard to reach due to various reasons internally and externally Some employees are very unprofessional with how they treat internal employees and need reprimanded more to stop the behavior before it goes too far Not having set hours can be difficult to have a work/life balance since typically you work outside the normal 8-5 work day. Your phone will start ringing at 6 am and continue until 7 pm. The company has not made it clear where you can draw the line to have more of a work life balance so it would be nice to have an idea on when is acceptable to end your work day (8 hours, 9 hours, etc)

Pros
There is freedom, the sales manager will make his rounds with his sales employees but other than that you are left alone to get what you need done.
Cons
They do not seem to want to better their employees i.e. - no real training whatsoever, if you do not know anything about chemicals they will not help train you.
