I worked at Interstate Hotels & Resorts full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This company has very good systems and support to help team members in the field. Affordable benefits.

    Cons

Interstate does not own the hotels that it manages so its employees are at the mercy of the owners with regards to compensation, staffing, relocation, and severance.

    Advice to Management

Stick up for your employees when you can. Hospitality is a people business.
