    Pros

Great company to work for everyone gets along well and work as a team. Everyone is friendly especially managers. Shawn is a really nice manager who works with your schedule if your in school or have some other duties to attend to while working. Furthermore there is a a great work life balance. They have incentive programs and they constantly celebrate you while working there. For example if your reviews score high on Trip Advisor you get a $ 200 to $300 incentive bonus. They also have Christmas parties where they give out 40 inch TV's and other great prizes. This company is great and I loved working there.

    Cons

The cons are they are kind of slow with promotions and they are sometimes disorganized with there job duties. Although they do try to be organized it sometimes does not work out. For example, products that are needed sometimes are slow to be ordered and we run out.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to be a little more faster in ordering the supplies needed.

    Pros

The management staff are very much professional and respect their employees availability. They go above and beyond to show appreciation to all employees by having luncheons every so often and having raffles every so often.

    Cons

You can only order work shoes after every six months after ordering a pair. I go through my shoes quicker than six months.

    Advice to Management

Continue to show appreciation to your employees, it makes a big difference when it's a tough day at work.
