    Hire anybody, No training, weekly turnover rate.

    Cons

    Poor system and time management . Appearance

    Advice to Management

    Learn proper modular training. Complete leadership training .Respect .

    I have been working at Interstate Hotels & Resorts full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    After 6 months one is eligible for transfer. Overtime is not an issue

    Cons

    There is a serious lack of dedication at the location I worked for, not to say this is for every location. But it was very hard to get things done due to the bureaucracy

    Pros

    Care for people grow, career opportunities, benefits and really nice people to work with

    Cons

    Sometimes Head Management decision were just revenue orientated. While ignoring lack of staff they preferred to keep the budget not service.

    Keep going but more staff on peak seasons

    Sometimes we can be under-staffed.

    It would be helpful to hire some part time workers to cover some additional shifts.
